- 7-semester high school transcript, transcripts from all colleges attended (Early Admissions)
- Final high school transcript, transcripts from all colleges attended
- Entrance Exam Scores (ACT, SAT, or ACCUPLACER) - Superscores accepted
- Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses)

Transfer/Visiting Students
- Completed application for admission (no processing fee)
- Final high school transcript
- Complete transcripts from all colleges attended (2.00 and good academic/financial standing required for unconditional admission.)
- Entrance Exam Scores (ACT, SAT, or ACCUPLACER) or completion of college course work in Reading, English, and Math.
Graduate Students
- Completed application for admission (no processing fee)
- Transcript from college of highest degree received
- Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses): 100% online graduate programs with no face-to-face contact are exempt

International Students
- Completed application for admission and submit $35 international fee
- College entrance exam scores (ACT or SAT)
- Certified translated copies of all academic records
- TOEFL score if native language is other than English
- Certified statement from a financial institution showing proof of funding from a financial institution
- Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses)
- TB test if born outside the United States
